Delta Tuck-Pointing
A masonry restoration company that needed to own local search across the Chicago metro. We built a fast, programmatic site engineered to rank for dozens of city and service combinations.
Live site / captured 2026-07-14 Delta Tuck-Pointing is a masonry restoration company competing across the Chicago metro. That metro is not one market. It is dozens of towns, each with its own homeowners searching for tuckpointing, chimney repair, and masonry work near where they live. A single homepage cannot compete for that. Delta needed to show up in search results city by city, service by service, not just for one broad term.
We built a programmatic site: a system of city and service landing pages generated from real data, not written one at a time by hand. Each page speaks to a specific city and a specific service, the way a homeowner actually searches. This is how a local trade business wins search across a large metro. It needs presence in every town it serves, not a single page hoping to rank for everything.
The build is static-first Astro, so pages load in under a second. Every page carries full Local Business schema and structured data, so search engines understand exactly who Delta is and where it works. Page titles are not guesses. They are tied to real ranking queries and search data, matched to how people actually phrase what they are looking for.
Speed, structure, and scale, working together. That combination is what lets a masonry company compete for search attention across an entire metro instead of a single zip code.
01
Static-first Astro
We chose a static-first build over a heavier framework because local search pages live or die on load speed. Sub-second loads matter more here than any dynamic feature would.
02
Programmatic pages, not one-offs
Instead of hand-writing a page per city, we built a template driven by data. Every city-service combination gets a real, addressed page. That is the only way to cover dozens of towns without dozens of separate writing projects.
03
Full schema on every page
Local Business schema and structured data are applied across the site, not just the homepage. Search engines need that context on every page a homeowner might land on.
04
Titles built from search data
Page titles are tied to real ranking queries, not written from assumption. If the data shows how people search, the title reflects that language directly.
