Kreate Vision Studio

Our own three-camera podcast and content studio in Palatine, and the proof of how we build: dark, motion-rich, and built to convert a visitor into a booked session.

Kreate Vision Studio is our own three-camera podcast and content studio, based in Palatine. This site had one unusual requirement: it had to work as both a functioning business site and a demonstration of what we build for everyone else. There was no outside client to satisfy. We held the build to our own standard.

We built the site dark, motion-rich, and direct. A visitor who lands here is deciding whether to book a session at a physical location. The site needs to answer that question fast and make booking the obvious next step. Because the studio has a physical address, it also needed to show up in local search the same way any service business does.

The motion is custom, built with GSAP and smooth scroll rather than off-the-shelf animation. Local Business schema is in place for studio search visibility. The booking flow is built around conversion, meant to move a visitor from browsing to booked with as little friction as possible. The whole build is performance-tuned and mobile-first, since most people find a studio while scrolling on a phone.

This site is the reference. Anyone deciding whether to work with us can look at it directly instead of taking our word for what we do.

Build decisions

01

Custom motion, not a template

We built the motion design with GSAP and smooth scroll instead of a prebuilt animation library. A site meant to prove our own capability could not run on the same off-the-shelf motion everyone else uses.

02

Local schema for a physical studio

Because the studio is a real, physical location in Palatine, we added Local Business schema so the site shows up correctly in local search, the same way we would build it for a client.

03

Booking as the priority, not an afterthought

The booking flow is built around conversion first. Every other design decision on the site supports getting a visitor to that flow, not away from it.

04

Mobile-first by default

The build is performance-tuned and mobile-first because most people discovering a studio do it on a phone, mid-scroll, not at a desk.
